Someone found the following on the Carmilla tumblr. Just thought I'd post it in one place to try to help with all the confusion. Basically it looks like the only way to watch the movie if you haven't already purchased it is on Fullscreen (either with a monthly subscription or a one week free trial):

"The OG Bundle with the movie will not be for sale anymore after 11:00 PM EST on October 26th.
The only way to purchase and view the movie afterwards will be through FULLSCREEN’S service. It’s worldwide, CC enabled, and with a monthly subscription. They will also post more bits and bobs on their social feeds, so stay tuned!
Should you want to purchase ONLY the BTS material as of October 27th, it will be available on carmillamovie.com as “BTS BUNDLE.” "
