I pre-ordered BUNDLE #1 - FRESHMAN for the movie Carmilla, and I received an email saying that it is now available to watch on demand. However, when I clicked the link, I could only access the trailer of the movie and a video of Season 3 extended interview with Natahsa and Elise.
Where or How can I watch the movie? Is it out?

The movie will only come out in 2017, for now that's all you have access too. For more information about the bundles you can check out the official accounts of the carmilla series on facebook, twitter and tumblr :)
