Okay, so I'm trying to gift the Carmilla Season 3 package, but the site's not letting me do that. At first, it kept saying "you have already purchased this title", even though I selected "gift this" and put the recipient's e-mail in. Someone suggested using a different e-mail, so I tried that, but now it keeps saying that the recipient already owns it, although it hasn't let me purchase it, and they're saying it hasn't shown up in their e-mail either. Nor is there a pending charge showing up on my bank yet, so it doesn't look like there's been any purchase. What's going on here?

Yes, that one was resolved. The same issue has just come up again though :-/ I sent a message directly to customer support on that one
