The Carmilla Movie

I really don't know if I'm too ancient to figure this out or what but I was gifted the movie bundleand I received the email stating I should have it, but I doooooont have it when I sign in. Can ya help a creampuff out? I think I'm the only one who has seen it yet and I'm dyyyying

Its the site that gives me the options to purchase the bundles

Same thing happened to me. I was gifted the bundle by a friend and she told me I would be getting it on the 9th except I haven't even received an email saying that I had been gifted it.

It sends me to that screen, but it stills says i have to purchase it. This Creampuff is depressed. Now would be the best time to have it with all this stuff going on

I talk to her regularly and she said it hasnt gone thru on her end either. My page says id gotten it on oct 30 when i FIRST tried to get it, but my card got declined after it went thru so i never got it due to lack of funds i guess.

Ok so here's what happened. When it was first released i had attempted to purchase with my card and it had went thru for about 5 mins, then i received an email stating my card was declined and i havent been able to view anything since which i assume is due to my card costing out the ass to use. Then yesterday my friend attempted to gift me the big bundle and her purchase didnt go thru either and says that i already have it but i SWEAR i dont or i wouldnt be trying so hard to see it lol

I emailed support yesterday, havent heard anything back yet tho

Hopefully i hear something back soon! I think im the only one who hasnt seen it lol i refused to watch the leaked bundle

Like u mean the help section? Ive tried that

Lol the waiting game commences:)
